When I had a video call from facebook, the person to whom I was calling was not displayed on my PC screen even though we both had web cameras enabled. It works OK with my Skype.
You have to only use the Facebook application in the moment of calling (no other applications that are supposed to work with the webcam). If you're trying to place the call with another application opened, if you will see a black screen with sound.
