Returning the product to factory settings.

I am facing some difficulties and I want to revert the product to factory settings. How can I do this?

This can be done in two ways. The first approach is to go under Start > Control Panel > Programs and features > select the product, press the Uninstall button and select repair. This will revert all the settings done to the application to the initial state. Also, this can be done by performing a fresh install of the application. before you can do this, you first need to uninstall the old version from your system. Chose whatever method suits you.
