INOVx 3-D PlantLINx problems.

I'm using INOVx 3-D PlantLINx 2.9 for 3D modelling. When I tried to create scan clouds from ZFS files (which are from Cyclone) to PTC files, the process failed. I tried it several times without success. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start, open Control Panel, select Uninstall a program, click the INOVx 3-D PlantLINx entry and press Uninstall. Reboot your computer and then install the program again. If you still have problems, you can use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team. Also, you can try using the trial version of FARO Scene to export the ZFS files to PTC.
