We observe non-connection after reformating our client systems. How do we resolve this issue?
The most common reason for not connecting is the firewall on the server. You must either disable it or add GoCybetix server as an exception. Secondly you may need to add the server ip and name to the client manually if you have difficulty connecting the server and client still. Login to the client manually using administrator as username and timer as default password. Then go to option and enter the server ip in the client.
