Can't log in to the product after update.

I am using Costco Photo Center and updated the program. When I click on the "Pickup Prints at Costco" tab, then click the "Order Prints" button, and log in using my email and password, I get the error "Operation Failed. A problem was encountered while attempting to communicate with the costcophotocenter.com service. The costcophotocenter.com service is currently unavailable or experiencing problems. Please try again later." The only option is to click a button that says "Done". I have tried getting support through Costco, but they cannot help because they hired a third party, PreClick, to create this program for them. I tried email PreClick and got no response. I will try contacting them again via another mode of communication. Meanwhile, is there something else that I can do?

Before you try connecting to the program, make sure that it is not blocked by Windows firewall or by a third party program's firewall. This is a fairly common behavior after an update. If this isn't your case, it is possible that you encounter problems with the login server. If the problem isn't fixed automatically in a few days, you don't have many options available. The PreClick company was acquired by Smilebox in September 2009. This might be the reason why you don't get any response from the developer.
