Cant log-in because I lost my account.

I have been a long term client of Lowratevoip but all of a sudden my account (along with my credit ) was lost and I can't retrieve it. I have been unable to contact anyone regarding this. What is going on? Is it a mistake or have I simply been dumped and my money stolen by a bunch of thieves?

The service is not discontinued. If you have problems with your account, you can use Forget password? on their website or contact them and explain the situation.
