User defined structured data type.

Question

How can I access an element of a user defined structured data type in ladder diagram or function block diagram? I can create a local variable of that type in the program, but I can't access its elements.

All your declared elements should be done from the Tagname Declaration submenu. By doing this, you should be able to double click on any element and modify its properties like type, value and more. I suggest to use the Help menu to find out more about this matter. Also, you can use Youtube to find tutorials about how to use the program and access your elements.
