Basic questions about Readnet Transportastion Suite.

I have some basic questions about Readnet Transportastion Suite. I recently was made in charge of this little program at work and am in need of some assistance. So here are my 2 questions:

  1. Is it possible to create 2 different databases and work separately in both of them? ( example: a company with 2 different types of products, separate distribution for each product type)?
  2. How can I create a new database and if point 1. is possible how can I create both of them?

You will have to get this done with the help of the Live Support technicians. The developers don't provide troubleshooting documents or user guides that you can use to create the databases. I have seen on a forum that another user asked the same thing and a representative said it's possible to work with two concurrent databases.

Access the Live Support page and follow the instructions. A technician will connect to your computer and make the proper adjustments.
