I don't have any items on the video list

I have loaded the necessary Geosentinel program on Windows XP. When the recorder is plugged in, the system recognizes it together with the serial number, but there are no video files on the list. What can the problem be connected to, the recorder or the camera?

If the recorder is recognized by your computer, the problem might be with your camera. To overcome this problem, visit the manufacturer's website in order to download the appropriate driver for your camera. Also, use Google to find a user manual or a tutorial that can help you to set up the connection for your devices. You should be able to overcome this problem.
