From what I see, you have Flash Player version 11.3 while the latest version is 11.8. Uninstall your version completely, restart the computer and install the 11.8 version. Make sure to clear cache from your browser. The browser has to be updated to its latest version. If it's Internet Explorer, you can use Windows updates. If it's some other browser, you can use the built-in auto-update feature.
