There is no way to run the program without Administrator rights, but you can add the program on the list of trusted programs. By doing this, you will be able to use the program from a regular user's account. To do this, go to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Change User Account Control settings > move the slider to the bottom and click OK. To be noticed that you need to do this from the regular user's account. You will be prompt for the administrator password so this can be done only by a computer administrator.
