Launch the software, press the Picture Frame, Animation or Mask icon from the left side and then click the More option below already downloaded background pictures. Wait for them to load and after that, check the boxes below the ones you want to download. Also, you can download all of them by pressing the Select All option. After you select the desired images/effects/frames, click the Download button and wait for the confirmation message.
