The indexing process fails.

We configured our passwords to expire every 40 days and since then the indexing process fails. What can we do?

In order to solve the issue, I suggest you uninstall the program (Control Panel > Uninstall a program), run a registry cleaner to make sure that there are no leftover registry keys in your system and install the software again. If it doesn't help, use 417-882-1576 phone number or dti@datatrade.com email address to get in touch with the Technical Support.

Note: If there is a system administrator, you need to contact him first, because he is the one who provides you the default passwords and usernames.
