When I click on Search, it does nothing but utilizing all of my CPU resources according to Windows XP Task Manager. I have disabled my antivirus firewall. I have contacted GolfLogix and they claim that it is not their program but something on my computer is blocking it. They say that if the program is unable to access the Internet, I should get an error message. I do not. I have installed the program on several computers with the same result. Can you help?

In order to fix the issue, go to Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Allow a program through Windows Firewall and check the box next to GolfLogix Course Manager. If you can't find the application in the Allowed programs and features window, press the Allow another program button, navigate to the installation directory, select the executable file and press Add.

After that, from the Advanced Settings select Inbound Rules > New Rule. Check the Port box, click Next, select All local Ports and follow the self-explained steps. If it doesn't work, uninstall the software and download and install its latest version. If you still have issues it's possible that GolfLogix Course Manager servers are temporarily down or under maintenance.
