I have a Conceptronic 150N Wireless USB Adapter and I would like to use with a PowerBook G4 that has OS X 10.4 installed. For now, the computer does not identify the hardware when the stick is plugged into a USB socket. There must be a way to make it run (and increase the lousy WLAN reception of the PowerBook). What is procedure that I need to follow to overcome this?

The wireless adapter that you are try to use is not designed to work on Mac computers. The manufacturer released, until this point, drivers that are compatible only with Windows OS. Because of this, there is no way to use the Conceptronic 150N Wireless USB Adapter together with your Powerbook G4.
