I could connect to this server before, but not anymore.

I could connect to this server (amateurradio.dns2go.com) before, but not anymore. When I try to connect, a box is shown with the message "an eQSO administrator has disable your access to the server. Please contact an administrator via www.eqso.org". What is the problem?

The server on which you want to connect is down. Also, the www.eqso.org site is down as well. This is the main reason why you can't connect to it anymore. There is no other information available regarding this issue and you can't do nothing to fix this.
