I have recently cleared the data at the weather station (after exporting to a data directory) and after that I couldn't get "history" or graphs. The station is communicating with the PC but it seems that no data can be retrieved. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and also powered down the station by removing the batteries and then restarted it with no success. What can I do?

I also have the same problem. I am using EasyWeather version 6.2 and it has not retrieving history since I last cleared the device memory. I can see the memory pie chart getting larger, so I assume data is being recorded.

Firstly, in order to fix the issue, I suggest you update EasyWeather software to the latest version. Download the .zip package from the official web page, extract it using WinRAR and install the utility following the on-screen instructions. After that, press Windows + Pause/Break key combination and open Device Manager. Locate your station driver, right-click on its icon and uninstall it. Reboot your computer, connect the machine to PC, press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager and reinstall the drivers. If you still have problems, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team.

The problem is with Easyweather's capacity to store data on the PC. You need to export data from Easyweather's "History" to a new folder on your PC. Then clear the data stored by Easyweather as "History." This will free up space for more data from the device. Restart Easyweather, connect the device, and data stored on the device will be imported by Easyweather. I have had to do this several times over the years.
