Why does my Flash not working?

Whenever I go to use my Chrome it says plugin is missing. What do to?

I highly doubt that Flash is missing from Chrome since it's embedded by default. In case you are lacking Adobe Flash installation, you need to install it selecting the ActiveX package since Chrome depends on ActiveX. Use the official website and choose the right version for your browser.
