Can't connect two PCs using this product.

After installing PC Linq 1.64 on my HP running on Windows 7 and connecting it with Acer Aspire One (that runs Windows XP), PC Linq on HP doesn't recognize the connections. Acer PC has a green light on local machine and red on remote, but on HP both lights are red and can not go further. What can I do?

According to the User Manual of the application, this is developed to run on Windows ME, Windows 2000 and Windows XP. It's possible that you won't be able to run the program on Windows 7 without installing the appropriate drivers. The drivers can only be obtain by contacting the developer on its official website.
