This error occurs when you're trying to install an application that has an .msi installer. In order to solve it, copy the .msi file to your main hard drive, open a Notepad document and type msiexec /i C:\ (name of the installer).msi. After that, click File, select Save as, enter installer.bat as file name and save it to your desktop. Right-click the launcher from your desktop and select Run as Administrator option.
