After converting an MP4 file to AVI, I had a picture but the sound has gone.
The problem in this case is the audio codec used or the lack of an audio codec installed in your system. First, try to configure the application to use another audio codec then install Combined Community Codec Pack through the application's page on Software Informer and then perform the conversion.
