I have trouble connecting to my wireless network - the program keeps asking me to enter a security key or passphrase, but when I installed the software on my computer, it hasn't asked me to set one up. Can you please help me with this problem?
There is a difference between the security key you need to enter to access the network and the key asked to start the application. The security key you need to access is related to the configuration set up on your router. The software will never ask you to enter a password to access it. What you're seeing is the security for the router where your network is configured. Check the manual of the router to find out how to connect to its administration interface to remove the password or to change it with another one. In the manual you will also find the default password and connection as well as configuration steps.
