The product failed to install.

I was trying to install this product, but it has not been completed. Now all I get is this message : "Error 32a10003 Install failure due to a error, choose yes to solve this problem", but the message does not show more than accept button and doesn´t do anything once you accept. Could someone help me on this issue?

If the product failed to install, you should completely remove it from your computer, in order to install a newer version. To remove it from your system, go to Start > Control Panel > Programs and features. If you can't find it in the provided list, use Revo Uninstaller to completely remove all traces of its presence from the PC.

After the product is completely removed, visit the developer's official website to download and install the latest version. You shouldn't encounter any error while doing this.
