Where can I download Intel (R) Education Administrator USB Generation Tool?

We are working in a school in San Luis - Argentina and I can't get Intel (R) USB Generation Education Administrator Tool to repair children's program "Equal Coneta" that we have received recently. Where can I acquire this software?

Unfortunately, Intel (R) Education Administrator USB Generation Tool is not available for public downloading and the only way to acquire the application is to contact the developer. Also, in order to repair the Equal Coneta program, I suggest you simply try to uninstall and then reinstall the utility.
