I've recently installed this application on my own computer, and it works right. Therefore, I suggest you uninstall Ashampoo Internet Accelerator (Control Panel > Uninstall a program, or with the help of an uninstalling tool) and re-install it properly. Also to be sure that you download a reliable version of this application, go to its developer page and take it directly from there, or you can download it through Software Informer application's page. After that start the installation process again.
