I'm receiving a "Please configure import and export without any errors" message.

Our company bought Messer plasma machine, and we are now using it. Our office worker (CAD worker) don't know English so she is using another program (Power NC). When we bought the Messer plasma machine, Messer company's German engineer taught our ex-CAD worker how to use OmniBevel, but he quit in 2009 so nobody can use the program. We are operating the plasma machine with Power NC but this program is made in Korea. Since the machine was made in Germany and the program was made in Korea, there are many problems between them. So we have to use OmniBevel but when we start the program, an error occurs with this message: "Please configure import and export without any errors". Although the error message appears, the program runs when I click the OK button below error message. What can I do?

In order to fix the problem, I recommend you uninstall the program (Control Panel > Uninstall a program) and then install it again following the on-screen instructions. If the issue persists, use the contact information from the official web page to get in touch with the support team. Ask them to help you configure the machine and the software because the guide for this job is not publicly available.
