How to scan in PDF format? I have HP 2483 Deskjet printer and I cannot scan to PDF, only to JPG, TIF, etc.
You need to download the necessary driver package which also contains the scan application. Navigate to the website, select the proper version of your operating system and download the drivers. Install them and you can access the HP scan application from the the Start > All Programs > HP. Select the output format to PDF and next time you will scan, a window will appear asking you where to save the scanned PDF file.
