Please go to Tools > Add-ons > Plugins and make sure that every plug-in is activated, then check your local sound. Go to Start > Run > type Services.msc. Locate Windows Audio and click Restart on the left side. You can also check if the driver is automatically installed in Device Manager.
Adobe Flash needs to be updated and a recheck for the latest version is recommended.
