You need to know that the application is compatible only with the 32-bit versions of Windows. If your computer runs a 64-bit operating system, you can try running the software using the Compatibility Mode. Right click on the program icon and go to Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select a compatible operating system from the drop-down list. Click Apply and then OK. If your computer operating system has a 32-bit architecture, download and install the latest version of the software.
