Is it because Dialog has still not upgraded their Transmission Towers in and around Mt Lavinia for the past three years or more? You can't connect your computer between 6.30 - 9pm to Internet.
This could be a limitation of your subscription or of their services. In either case, you should update the application or contact the developer.
