I already installed the software, but I cannot send any fax. Message goes on waiting/outbox. Furthermore it does not initialize! Can you please help me? Thanks.

Try to check the firewall and the outgoing servers and settings. It's possible that the application has a hard time connecting to the server to send the file. Alternatively, perform a Send/Receive (Refresh) automatically to force the process and then look for the error messages it may display. Based on those messages, look on the Help menu to fix them.
