Crash Reports can't be fixed. That feature activates itself whenever Firefox crashes due to an error. Usually the error is not specified and is contained in a report but the easiest way to get rid of it is replace the error to see what is wrong. In many cases, clearing the cache of the browser fixes the problems along with a new installation of your browser.
