The results of splitting do not exist in the output directory. What's wrong?

The results of splitting do not exist in the output directory even though it was notified complete, and I've followed all the instructions correctly. What's wrong?

This software was tested and it works fine (v3.3). I suggest you pay extra attention when you setup the output directory because the path will automatically change according to the Source path. This means that when you select a source file, the Output path will automatically change to the Input path.
