It is possible that you disabled them and that's why they disappeared. To try fixing this, you can open the Internet Explorer application, then go to Tools -> Programs tab -> Manage add-ons and enable what toolbars, add-ons, taskbars you want. If you cannot find them there, you have to download and install them manually. Internet Explorer doesn't have the restore function for the older add-ons that had been uninstalled.
