My Toshiba SC640 webcam does not work properly. When I launch webcam application, I can take pictures with it, but I cannot make a video. What's the problem and what is the solution for that problem?
Try reinstalling the driver for the camera that you find on the producer technical support web page and also try reinstalling the application that you use for video recording. You should properly select the OS that you are using because this could lead to compatibility issues.
