My webcam application does not work.

I have a link to my webcam, the problem is when I click it, nothing happens and I don't know how to get my webcam to work.

Try uninstalling the application and then installing it again. This should fix it. Alternatively, download a new version of the application from the Toshiba website. Make sure to remove the previously installed version. Having a new version could grant you additional benefits in terms of functionality, features, bug fixes, etc.
