I tried to copy from external drive onto a CD and it says: "Unable to locate VIDEO-TS folder under the root directory". Can you find the way how to do that?

I tried to copy from external drive onto a CD and it says: "Unable to locate VIDEO-TS folder under the root directory". Can you find the way how to do that? Thank you in advance.

You are trying to create a VIDEO based CD/DVD. Usually this folder is created automatically if you want to create a Video DVD. Just create a new VIDEO DVD, and add the video to the Video_TS folder on the DVD from the program's interface.
