I can't neither uninstall nor re-install this program. Can anybody help me to solve this problem?
Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
Once the cleaning process is finished, download a copy of the product from its official website. First download the reader application then the update library.
