I can't burn a DVD.

I imported a video from camera, but I can't figure out how to burn a DVD. The DVD is in the drive put the Create Disc button is not highlighted. Can you help?

CyberLink DVD Suite is an application packaged with CyberLink Media Suite. In order to fix the issue, I suggest you update the software using the packages from the official web page. If it doesn't help, completely uninstall the software and then install it again. Also, as an alternative, you can use another similar program from Software Informer database.
