Problems with e@syFile-employer.

I upgraded to the latest version of e@syFile-employer after a back up was done. The restore process only shows previous years and not the current year 2011/12? What can I do?

In order to fix the issue, I suggest you completely remove the software from your computer and download and install the latest version directly from the official web page. From what it seems, the program is not recognizing some of the backup files. This can happen either because the program is not installed correctly or the backup files are corrupted. If you still can't see the current year, I recommend you contact the support team using 0800 00 7277 phone number.
