It doesn't work properly.

Sometimes, this program works and sometimes, it doesn't. It work 4 days from a week and the other 3, it doesn't. What can I do?

You have problems running the software, because it is not correctly installed. In order to fix the issue, try uninstalling the application and then installing it again.
