To print instructions you can either use Export or Print. Printing is recommended along with a virtual printer, to print directly to PDF. To do this, you'll need the help of a virtual printer. CutePDF Writer is exactly the tool you need. Install the engine, open the data and click Print. Select CutePDF from the printer and print it. You will be asked to save to PDF. If none of the solutions work, you can use the print screen utility to save the contents of the window as JPG/PNG and print the images.
