How can I move/open a photo in the BES Lettering software? I've tried going to file, finding my photos, but the program says it does not recognize or find anything.
Unfortunately, all designs supported by Pacesetter BES Lettering have a machine format (PES in general). Machine formats have their own profile settings that determine how embroidery information will be interpreted when you save design files. You can't open an ordinary photo. I suggest you check the official user guide for further information.
