Log in and sound clarity problems.

Sometimes it takes too much time to log in. Almost all the time the sound clarity is very poor. I can hear the other side but they can't hear me.

The sound quality and login time is heavily influenced by the Internet connection and the connection of the servers where you log on. Make sure that when you connect, other background applications are turned off. On the other side, there might be problems with their servers.
