The buffer is caused by the number of visitors currently watching the channel and the upload speed of the source that's hosting the TV stream. Regarding the Indian channels, the application supports almost 500 streams, but to find the Indian ones, you will have to look through categories on the right menu. There is no way to browse the channels by country.
