In order to fix the issue, I suggest you uninstall the application using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner, 2-3 times in a row to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys that can contain your account information and reinstall the software. Also, I suggest you reboot the PC every time you run the AdwCleaner utility.
