I have a program that runs with RSview32 and have used it for a few years now. Lately the above error message comes up while using the program and I have to restart the computer to get it working. Can you let me know why this is happening and how to fix it?
Go to Control Panel and locate Administrative Tools. Start Services, then locate RPC services. You need to start the RPC services running. You can force them manually by right clicking a service followed by Start.
