Why do all my files not get converted?

I just bought this Tuneconverter utility to convert all my iTunes files to use them with my DJ toll. When I select the folder to add to the converter, not all the files in the folder are brought over. Is there something I do wrong? How can I get all the files over even if they are m4p, m2p, ACC, etc. at the same time?

Unfortunately, TuneConvert Media Toolkit does not allow you to transpose video and audio files at the same time. Also, on its interface you have different buttons for different tasks. Therefore, I suggest you separate video from audio and convert them singly.
