This is just a regular application like all the ones installed in your computer. There are two ways to remove it. You can use its own uninstaller to proceed using the normal way or you can force the uninstallation using a 3rd party application. In normal way, go to Control panel > Add & Remove Programs and locate the entry in the list then click Remove/Change or try to use Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
