There is no sound when I'm using the program.

I use this program for several years without problems. Now, there is no sound when I open a file made before or when I play notes on the keyboard window. How can I solve the problem?

In order to fix the issue, try to update your audio card drivers. Go to Start, type dxdiag and open the utility. Click the Sound tab, check your audio card model and download and install the latest drivers from the developer web page. If it doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall the program. All your files will be automatically imported back in the software libraries after the process is completed.
